Weyerhaeuser pays $37K fine for air pollution over limits

COLUMBUS — Weyerhaeuser Co.’s Columbus pulp mill is paying a $37,500 civil fine for exceeding emissions limits during a 2013 test. Based in Federal Way, Washington, Weyerhaeuser agreed to pay the fine to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.
