Judge rules for Fish and Wildlife Service in frog habitat case

NEW ORLEANS — A federal judge has ruled that U.S. Fish and Wildlife officials were within the law when they declared thousands of acres in Louisiana and Mississippi as “critical habitat” for the endangered dusky gopher frog.
