Gov. Bryant says White House can't pay its bills as National Guard braces for 1,400 furloughs

Furlough notices are going out this week to more than 1,400 Mississippi National Guardsmen as well as hundreds of Navy, Air Force and civilian personnel at the Seabee base in Gulfport, Ingalls Shipyard, and Keesler Air Force Base.
