Jackson Brace and Limb reimburses Medicaid

JACKSON — The Office of the Attorney General and Jackson Brace and Limb Company has entered into a settlement agreement totaling almost $200,000, announced Attorney General Jim Hood. The agreement requires Jackson Brace and Limb Company to repay the Division of Medicaid $102,762 for inappropriate claims made from Jan. 2001-Aug. 2008 for orthotic foot/leg braces predominantly prescribed for children.
