HOUSTON — W&T Offshore Inc. has entered into an agreement with Total E&P USA Inc. to acquire Total’s interest in three federal offshore blocks located in the Gulf of Mexico, being Mississippi Canyon Block 243 (Matterhorn) and Viosca Knoll Blocks 822 and 823 (Virgo).
