JACKSON — Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood says the state has been awarded $38.2 million in a Medicaid drug-pricing lawsuit. Hood says a judge found that a pharmaceutical company, Sandoz Inc., inflated the average wholesale prices for its generic drugs.
