Hood Packaging wraps up acquisition from Wisconsin company

A Mississippi-based company is the new proud owner of a packaging operation. Bemis Company Inc. of Neenah, Wis., has completed the sale of its Paper Packaging Division. As previously announced, Bemis reached an agreement to sell its Paper Packaging Division to Hood Packaging Corporation, a privately-held company headquartered in Madison and Burlington, Ontario.
