Report: Numerous meat-processing plants unsanitary

ACROSS MISSISSIPPI — The Jackson Clarion-Ledger reports that more than two dozen Mississippi slaughterhouses and poultry meat processing plants have violated sanitation or food safety guidelines over the past decade — and most did both.
