Court will not hear appeal of businessmen's defamation case

JACKSON — The Mississippi Supreme Court have declined to hear an appeal from two businessmen who said they were defamed by a Gulf Coast television station. Coast TV station now affiliated with both ABC and CBS

BILOXI — CBS and WLOX-TV in Biloxi have signed an affiliation agreement.
