School superintendent resigns after administrative leave, police visit

PHILADELPHIA — Dr. Terry Larabee has agreed to resign as superintendent of the Philadelphia Public School District. Randy McCoy, the retired superintendent from the Tupelo school system, has been named interim superintendent for the Meridian Public School District.
