Spring-like weather system spawns tornado in South Mississippi

WALTHALL COUNTY — The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency says a tornado has been spotted near Tylertown, but apparently did not touch down. Spokesman Greg Flynn says the sighting was reported Sunday to Walthall County emergency management. It was reported just northwest of Tylertown, near Mississippi Highways 98 and 583.
