Some CenterPoint Energy customers to see reduced gas bills

PSC OKs utility’s decrease in fuel cost recovery

GULFPORT — State regulators have approved Mississippi Power Co.’s proposed decrease in the amount it recovers in its annual fuel filing. Mississippi Power’s fuel costs are recovered from customers on a dollar-for-dollar basis. The company does not earn a profit on the fuel used to generate electricity.
