Candidates plan speeches during health issues forum

Editor`s note: The top four candidates for governor of Mississippi will be giving stump speeches at the 1999 Health Issues Forum sponsored by the Mississippi State Medical Association and the Mississippi Hospital Association Jan. 12.

During the recent holiday period, the Mississippi Business Journal caught up with two of the candidates, Lt. Gov. Ronnie Musgrove and former U.S. Rep. Mike Parker, for an interview regarding their views about important health issues in the state. Candidates Charlie Williams and state Attorney General Mike Moore were not available for comment.
