About MBJ Staff

  1. That’s really a shame to hear.

Mr. Jue’s company is famous throughout the amateur radio community for their extremely poor quality and equally poor customer service. In fact, low-cost offshore Chinese manufacturers are often rated as having much high quality products than his company. This is a $20M manufacturing company that doesn’t bother to keep a quality manager. Why this odd situation? Good question; apparently Mr, Jue doesn’t care. Perhaps we should ask him?

  2. Dear Mr. Smith:

That is YOUR opinion. MFJ is famous but for useful, innovative and effective price-point manufacturing. You say that MFJ Enterprises does not have a quality manager. That is not true. Richard Stubbs is the Director of Quality Assurance. The Ameritron 811H is hte most popular linear amplifier in the world. Mr. Jue’s company pioneered the automatic antenna tuner, now copied by many throughout the world.

If MFJ has “poor customer service,” then I guess you think the same of Walmart, the largest employer in the United States. MFJ has the same “No Matter What” guarantee! The company sells some 2000 products, more than ANY amateur radio company in the world. Yes, there are products that get by the QC process, which was designed by W8JI. Do you even know who W8JI is?

You’re an unhappy camper. So be it. But tell the truth! And that is that the MFJ Enterprises line of companies are profitable, 90% American made or assembled, and they’re still hiring!

Have a nice day. Don’t suck on the lemons too hard. It’s bad for your teech.
