ABMB opens an office in Crescent City

JACKSON — ABMB Engineers Inc. opened a new office in the New Orleans Central Business District Aug. 1 to better serve their clients in the Southeast Louisiana region.

This office is ABMB’s sixth location, joining the company headquarters in Baton Rouge, La., and its offices in Mississippi at Jackson, Vicksburg and Madison and Mobile, Ala.

To head the New Orleans operations, ABMB has hired Robert Lambert, the recently retired general manager of the Causeway Commission. Lambert worked with the Causeway from 1971 to 1991, starting as a police officer and eventually becoming general manager, then returning in 2000 to again serve as GM until his retirement in late 2009.

The New Orleans offices is located in the Freeport-McMoRan building on Poydras Street.
