Avectus relocating to downtown Corinth building

CORINTH — Avectus Healthcare Solutions of Corinth is adding 50 new jobs in a local expansion.

The announcement came today during a ceremony attended by Gov. Phil Bryant and company officials in Corinth.

The company is moving into the former Chadco building in downtown Corinth. The project represents a corporate investment of $300,000.

Officials said the move into the larger building to accommodate an increase in business.

The company presently employs 150 people.

The Mississippi Development Authority provided assistance in support of the project for building improvements and infrastructure needs. Alcorn County and the Appalachian Regional Commission also provided assistance.

Avectus coordinates third party liability and workers’ compensation accounts for hospitals and trauma centers throughout the United States.
