Mississippi Department of Transportation employees recently graduating from the agency’s PEAK Training Program are (from left) District 5 Engineer David Foster; Chris Moore of Newton; Kent Hailey of Philadelphia; Jeffrey Gray of Clinton; Johnnie Thorne of Newton; Greg Bishop of DeKalb; and, District 5 Maintenance Engineer Roy May. The PEAK (Performance, Education, Assessment, Knowledge) Program is a leadership program designed exclusively for MDOT maintenance supervisors. The program includes technical and leadership training delivered in a classroom format.
