Julie Williams Lampley, a partner with in Butler Snow’s Nashville office and a Jackson native, has been named to the Nashville Health Care Council 2015-16 board of directors. Lampley is the Assistant Practice Group Leader of Butler Snow’s healthcare regulatory and transactions group and a member of the firm’s executive committee. She focuses her practice on health care law, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and antitrust law. She lived in Chattanooga, Tenn. for 30 years, where she practiced law for more than a decade.
She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee, where she was first in her class. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the field of healthcare law and in the Nashville Business Journal’s Best of the Bar. Lampley is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, and LifeScience Tennessee. She serves on the Board of Directors for Mercy Community Healthcare headquartered in Franklin, Tenn.
