  1. This is a joke.Metro PCS is the worst cell phone company i ever seen.they are a rip off there service it i cant ever hear my girlfriend standing next to me.drops the call just about every time i talk to her.on top of that they cut her service off 3 times the first month for non payment.when i got it hooked up i bought the phone got a case, and paid the first month.she was talking on it that night the next morning the phone was off.i called the customer service no answer.went to metro pch they said i wasnt charged the first month.i showed the manger the receipt where i paid it.she said it wasnt in her system.told me i had to pay another month.even though i had the receipt where i paid.i guess the guy who hooked me up must have just took the money not entered it in the computer,i argued with her that they just stole my money.but still had to pay another 45$ to get it hooked back up because she needed her phone i just paid it then just go back to att the next month. then about 2 weeks latter it was cut off again for non payment again had to go to metro pcs then the manger told me it was past the due date i told her its only been 2 weeks already paid $90 + so i tried to take the phone i bought her from metro pcs to att but could not get it hooked up because in the fine print i had to keep the pcs service for 3 months before i could switch that phone to att.at this point i had no choice but to pay another 45$ to get her phone back on.so now with the phone and case and the payments im about 240$ into it and only had it under 3 weeks.like i said the service is the worst i ever had.most the time cant even hear her when i do get through, beware of these people.by the way while i was in the store there was many people complaining about the same thing.
