Elliott Fancher has been promoted to vice president and branch manager in Greenwood office of the Southern AgCredit, a rural lending cooperative.
Most recently, Fancher, who began his Farm Credit career in 2006, was assistant vice president of lending in the Greenwood branch. He is a member of several organizations, including the Mississippi Cattlemen’s Association, the National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and the Greenwood Farmers Club. He also currently serves on the Leflore County Farm Bureau board of directors.
Fancher holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science with a minor in agricultural business from Mississippi State University. He and his wife have one child and are members of Duck Hill Baptist Church.
