Office supply manufacturer brings jobs from Philippines

ACCO Brands is moving 34 front-office jobs from Manila, Philippines to Booneville at a cost of $159,000, bringing the total of jobs there to 613, according to a press release.

ACCO Brands in 2014 expanded call center operations by 162 jobs at a cost of $1.6 million.

Mississippi Development Authority provided a $150,000 grant for  building modifications. The city of Booneville and Prentiss County split a 10 percent matching grant.
