Pat Hightower has joined the Hightower Agency as vice president of business development. Hightower has over 25 years of experience in the business sector, with a strong background in sales management and has served as a member of the board of directors for the Hightower Agency for 19 years.
Hightower joins to The Hightower Agency from DuPont, where he has worked for the past 15 years. In 2012, he was honored with E. I. DuPont’s Outstanding Sales Excellence Award. Previously,
Hightower also previously worked with Taylor Morley Homes, St. Louis, Colt Industries, St. Louis, Mid-South Distributing, Memphis, and McDonald Brothers, Inc., Memphis. In the late 1980s, he was actively involved in the Mississippi Home Builders Association, where he was recognized as Associate Member of the Year and represented that organization as the Associate National Director of the National Association of Home Builders.
Hightower, originally a native of Winona, received a B.B.A. degree in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi in 1985.
He is an active member of the University of Mississippi Loyalty Foundation and the University of Mississippi Alumni Association. His charitable activities include an active participation in the House of Blues Forward Foundation and the Els For Autism Foundation.
The Hightower Agency was established in 1990 as a full-service advertising agency specializing in truck driver recruiting. Headquartered in Madison with offices in Garrison, Iowa, and St. Louis, Hightower has been twice recognized as a “Fast 40” company by the Mississippi Business Journal.
