Page Kruger & Holland attorney James D. Holland has been elected vice president of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.
His selection came at the group’s 75th annual meeting in Monterey, Calif. The ADTA is an international organization of defense attorneys which accepts members by invitation only, with only one prime member in any city with a population of less than one million.
Holland has 35 years of experience in commercial, traumatic personal injury and products liability litigation in Mississippi. He has also served as a Board Member and Regional Director of the 22,000 member DRI, the Voice of the Defense Bar and was President of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. He has been recognized as a Fellow of both the American and Mississippi Bar Foundations.
