Concrete group taps Howell

The Mississippi Concrete Industries Association recently elected Les Howell, P.E. of Delta Industries, Inc. as the 2017 MCIA President.

Howell is the Vice President and Chief Engineer of Delta Industries, Inc. where he has worked for over 17 years. He received his Civil Engineering degree from Mississippi State University in 1991 and Masters of Business Administration degree from Mississippi College in 2003. He is also a board member of the National Ready-Mix Concrete Association.  He has been a board member of MCIA for several years and has served in various other roles. This is his second time to be elected to lead MCIA as president. The first was in 2006.

Howell attends First United Methodist Church of Clinton where he volunteers with the youth program, ushers and is a member of the Lay Leadership committee. He lives in Clinton with his wife, Angie, and two children, Trace and Carly.
