This second term of accreditation falls under URAC’s Specialty Pharmacy 3.0 standards.

These include patients with solid organ or bone marrow transplants; hepatitis C; rheumatoid arthritis; Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis; psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis; multiple sclerosis; patients being treated with oral oncolytics for various cancers; and other conditions.
