Jessica Breazeale of Wesson has joined the Public Affairs Division at the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT).
Breazeale will serve as Internal Communications Officer and manage the agency’s strategic communications plan for employees. She will also supervise the agency’s Public Relations Internship Program.
“With her years of experience in both public relations and marketing, we are proud to welcome Jessica to the Public Affairs team and look forward to her contributions in keeping our employees informed about MDOT projects and programs,” said Jarrod Ravencraft, MDOT public affairs director.
Breazeale holds a Master of Science in public relations and Bachelor of Arts in mass communication and journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in theater from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.
Breazeale is the daughter of Kim Walker Whittington of Crystal Springs.
