Carlos Hernandez named new GM for Outlets of Mississippi

CARLOS HERNANDEZ

The Outlets of Mississippi has announced Carlos Hernandez as the new General Manager.

Hernandez joined the Outlets of Mississippi team in October 2016. He recently served as the Director of Operations for Bloomfield Holdings which included operations management for Outlets of Mississippi, Bass Pro Shops and Trustmark Park in Pearl. Before venturing to Outlets of Mississippi, his industry career began in 2001 at Northpark Mall / Federal Building Services where he served as Project Manager. He eventually took a position as the Assistant Operations Director for Pearl River Resorts.

An accumulation of experience would influence him and his wife Nikki to start their own essential commercial cleaning company called DynaKleen that has successfully been in business since 2004 and continues to provide quality service in Mississippi and Michigan.

Hernandez has been a key in the success of Outlets of Mississippi since his arrival and has overseen several projects throughout the years. His knowledge and leadership skills allows him to continue to lead maintenance and housekeeping staff and provide a beautiful and safe shopping destination to travelers. He will continue as General Manager in overseeing marketing, leasing, customer service as well as property budgets and finances and help usher in more national tenants to join the already robust brand line-up.

He resides in Jackson with his wife Nikki of twelve years, and they have five children (Carla, Taylor, Jared, Caleb and Chana). As devoted he is to his career, hernandez does enjoy shopping, watching movies and concerts, and always finds time to spend with his family. He is also an active Board of Director Member with BOMA.
