DeSoto County Supervisor Lee dies in ATV accident on his birthday

HERNANDO — DeSoto County Supervisor Harvey Wayne Lee has died in an all-terrain vehicle accident south of Hernando, Mississippi. County Coroner Jeff Pounders said the accident occurred last night on a county road.
