'Voice of the Bulldogs' Jack Cristil dies at 88

STARKVILLE — Jack Cristil, who called more than 1,500 Mississippi State contests, has died. In a news release, the university said Cristil died last night at the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo of complications from kidney disease and cancer after an extended illness. He was 88. Jackson State to rent apartments for up to $1.9M
