Pickering threatens to garnish Mayor Davis' paycheck

SOUTHAVEN — Mississippi Auditor Stacey Pickering paid a surprise visit to Southaven Mayor Greg Davis at a city meeting and announced plans to garnish the mayor’s paycheck.
