WAYNESBORO — A Mississippi state lawmaker is hospitalized in South America after doctors found blood clots in one of his legs. Republican Sen. PHILADELPHIA — Former state Sen. Joe H. Mulholland of Philadelphia has died from complications of cancer. He was 80.
