Storefront maker moves fabrication to Waveland

Waveland seeks dismissal of lawsuit

WAVELAND — The city of Waveland has asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit that alleges police officers used a stun gun on a pregnant woman. Dawn Melissa Daigre sued Waveland for damages incurred during her February 2010 arrest.
